FBP-RIMU: ESP32 and Arduino fans, RIMU brings you a powerful ESP32S3 chip, crisp 4.3” HD touchscreen, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity

:question:Any c++ or c# support coming?
:a:urrently we use C ESP-IDF.We plan to support Arduino and PlatformIO.

:question:Im confused, why not use an idec plc? They are under 200 bucks and are already industrial compliant.
:a:There are many ready-made and stable bucks for PLC. We made a device to detect the flatness of workpieces using Siemens LOGO!, but we couldn’t find a buck that could convert the micrometer value. If we use ESP32, it can be easily realized.

:question:Why name it after a sex act?
:a:it’s from chinese pinyin And the dictionary doesn’t tell me everything.

:question:Great advertisement folks. Tells you all about how you mount it but doesn’t say a word about what it does.
:a:Hi, Jim, thanks for your feedback. The installation video will update this week.

:question:It would be incredible to have automotive CAN BUS applications, where it would be able to reference things like coolant temperatures, oil pressure and be able to turn on a fan or an alternator if the voltage drops using PWM, or simple SPST relays to activate heating, with remote control… many applications…. I hope you will integrate automotive applications because it’s sorely lacking in arduino…
:a: Danny Elasri Thank you Danny for your suggestion, ESP32S3 support TWAI(CAN Classic). Already noted, we will start preparing to develop this. https://community.rimu.me/t/twai-can-module/126
