Software Defined Radio functions, is it possible that there will be a module that you can incorporate it with SDR somehow?

I want to add this link to a website that discusses trunking which is a capability that radio enthusiasts sometimes have to incorporate when they want to tune into their local law enforcement transmissions and firefighter transmissions to listen to their scanners it can be complicated sometimes and difficult to do with just an SDR device maybe there’s a way to incorporate it in a module where you just plug the two SDR devices in and unit trunker which is the software used to trunk takes it from there just an idea here you go
